About Gabriel Solano
I'm Gabriel Solano, a speaker and consultant focused on three key areas: motivation, human relations—the art of communicating, influencing, persuading, selling, and negotiating—and business. My work combines strategic clarity, influential communication, and measurable execution. An architect, real estate broker, and urban planner specializing in land-use planning, I bring a practical blend of design, management, and leadership to my conferences and programs to help people turn vision into results.
In 2016, I founded Grupo Ideas, an architecture and interior design studio where I led multidisciplinary teams and managed client relationships. In 2020, I co-founded De Pasión a Proyecto, a community that fosters collaboration and entrepreneurial innovation.
In 2023, I launched MMS Construction Corp, and in 2024, Café & Diseño, a podcast that connects design, urban planning, and business. I also co-founded Isthmus Bridge Holdings (IBH), a consultancy that integrates real estate, interior design, and urban planning to connect Panama with the world. My most recent project and main focus is The Inside Company (2025): a comprehensive platform that organizes my business lines into events and experiences, conferences and keynotes, publishing and books, a digital academy (courses, cohorts, community), and products and information products (guides, playbooks, programs). Its goal is to scale impact with clear metrics (reach, conversion, NPS, completion rate) and a simple promise: clarity, influence, and execution.
I have held leadership positions in professional associations, serving as President of the Urban Planning, Transportation, and Mobility Commission of APEDE (2025–2026) and as a director at IPAUR (Architectural Magazine and Advertising Department). My purpose guides everything I do: to elevate humanity to horizons of infinite greatness.
